Country Manager – Oman

About the role

The Country Manager for Oman will lead the company’s growth across solar EPC, transmission line and transformer businesses. Reporting to India leadership, you will own the Oman order book, drive market expansion and ensure commercial success of projects in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Own and grow the Oman order book across solar EPC, utility‑scale IPP projects, transmission lines and transformer business lines.
• Build a qualified pipeline of solar IPP, transmission network expansion and transformer/substation opportunities.
• Track and pursue OPWP/Nama‑issued solar IPP tenders and OETC transmission and transformer opportunities.
• Develop techno‑commercial proposals, structure consortia and negotiate contracts for country tenders.
• Coordinate with India‑based engineering, procurement and finance teams to deliver competitive, bankable bids.
• Serve as the primary representative with OPWP, OETC and Omani government bodies, managing local sponsors, agents and joint‑venture relationships.
• Own country‑level revenue targets, pipeline conversion metrics and performance reporting.
• Monitor project risk, payment security and local compliance requirements across all business lines.
