Customer Experience Specialist

About the role

The Patrimony, a premium automotive marketplace, is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to join its growing team in Muscat. You will manage client activity on the internal admin platform, guide new clients through onboarding, and ensure a seamless, professional experience across all touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Review and manage client registrations, profiles, and submissions via the admin dashboard.
• Approve or reject submissions according to company policies.
• Contact clients to request missing documents or clarification.
• Introduce The Patrimony to new clients and guide them through onboarding.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
• Follow up on pending requests, documents, and applications.
• Maintain accurate client records and coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.
• Escalate issues when necessary and uphold a premium client experience.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken and written English with confident phone etiquette.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Proactive, ownership‑driven, and comfortable communicating with clients.
• Professional, respectful, and service‑oriented attitude.
• Previous experience in customer‑facing roles such as service, hospitality, automotive, or sales.

Required skills

• Proficiency with digital platforms, dashboards and CRM systems.
