About the role
Copart Muscat Auctions LLC is looking for a proactive, customer‑focused representative to support members throughout the vehicle auction process in Oman. The role involves handling inquiries, coordinating post‑sale activities, and ensuring a smooth, high‑quality experience for auction participants.
Key responsibilities
- Provide professional support to members via phone, email, and in‑person interactions.
- Manage post‑sale processes, including vehicle collection, release coordination, and related documentation.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly while maintaining a courteous attitude.
- Update member records accurately and safeguard confidential information.
- Assist operations and auction teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and service quality standards.
Required profile
- Omani national (mandatory).
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1–2 years of customer‑service experience, preferably in automotive or auction environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English; Urdu proficiency is an added advantage.
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced, customer‑oriented setting.
