Cybersecurity Maturity Assessment Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated Cybersecurity Maturity Assessment Specialist to help develop and deliver our Cybersecurity Maturity Assessment (CSMA) capability. The role combines the translation of cybersecurity frameworks into practical assessment tools with the automation of workflows and creation of reporting dashboards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cybersecurity maturity assessment questionnaires and toolkits.
• Design evidence‑collection workflows and associated documentation.
• Create scoring mechanisms and interactive reporting dashboards.
• Support automation of assessment activities and reporting processes.
• Assist in conducting maturity assessments and validating evidence.
• Analyze assessment data and produce technical reports.
• Maintain assessment repositories and drive continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Support pilot assessments, stakeholder workshops, and knowledge‑transfer sessions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, IT, Computer Science or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in cybersecurity, including assessments, governance, risk or compliance.
• Hands‑on experience with frameworks such as NIST CSF, C2M2, CMMI, ISO/IEC 27001 or CIS Controls.
• Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Excel or Microsoft Power Platform is a plus.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Security+, CISA, CISM, ISO 27001) are desirable.
