Delivery Manager – Consumer Tech Operations

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to lead engineering health and delivery enablement for consumer‑facing technology channels, including mobile, web, commerce and AI platforms. The role sits at the intersection of engineering management and delivery governance, ensuring teams are empowered while Tech Leads focus on execution.

Key responsibilities

• Own overall engineering health across consumer channels, driving capacity planning, utilization and demand‑supply alignment.
• Manage attrition, hiring pipelines, onboarding and workforce stability to ensure the right skills are available.
• Conduct regular 1:1s with Tech Leads, removing operational bottlenecks and supporting team structuring.
• Collaborate with Programme Leads and PMOs to align capacity with delivery plans and resolve cross‑team dependencies.
• Lead hiring, onboarding and ramp‑up plans, monitor performance, engagement and retention, and support capability development.
• Establish visibility into engineering metrics, drive structured reporting and ensure compliance with organizational processes.

Required profile

• 12‑15 years of experience in delivery or engineering management within technology environments.
• Strong customer orientation, project management expertise and proven account management/business development skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and collaboration abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large, multi‑disciplinary engineering teams across mobile, web, commerce and AI platforms.
