Design & Engineering Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a Design & Engineering Coordinator to lead the day‑to‑day operations of our design sector, covering interior design, architectural and structural consulting, site supervision and project management. You will act with the authority of a sector lead, driving sales and delivering projects from the first client meeting through to final payment.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and close design and engineering consulting sales, meeting monthly and quarterly targets.
• Negotiate contracts within approved discount thresholds and convert consultations into signed agreements.
• Manage end‑to‑end projects across interior, architectural, structural and site‑supervision disciplines.
• Cross‑sell services with other commercial sectors such as building materials and contracting.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team of architects, structural engineers and interior designers, allocating tasks, ensuring quality and meeting deadlines.
• Report weekly on pipeline, closed deals and project status to senior management.

Required profile

• Proven track record of closing design, architecture or interior fit‑out projects.
• Commercial mindset with understanding of margins, pricing and client value.
• Ability to manage a small multidisciplinary technical team with minimal oversight.
• Comfortable with a base salary plus performance‑based commission.
• Prior experience in Oman’s design, fit‑out or contracting market is preferred.
