Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to lead multi‑channel paid media initiatives. You will own performance KPIs from strategy to execution, turning data‑driven insights into measurable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Plan, launch, and optimise paid media campaigns on Meta, Google/YouTube, Snapchat, TikTok and X/Twitter, managing budgets and pacing.
• Design and run structured A/B tests across audiences, creatives, placements, bids and landing pages, scaling successful variants.
• Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, social platforms, networking events and referrals.
• Deliver persuasive presentations and product demos to prospective clients.
• Negotiate pricing, terms and contracts while handling objections.
• Conduct market research, analyse trends and competition to refine strategies.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on campaign creation, messaging and performance tracking.
• Maintain CRM records, track sales activities and monitor the pipeline.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads/YouTube, Snapchat Ads, TikTok Ads and X/Twitter Ads.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
• Strong mathematical and computer proficiency.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
