Digital Operations Manager

About the role

The Digital Operations Manager will oversee the commercial and operational performance of our remittance application in Oman. Acting as the hub between Product, Marketing, Technology and Customer Service, you will ensure the app stays competitive, compliant and focused on the customer.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve budgeted transaction volume, revenue and customer growth targets.
• Maintain competitive exchange rates and fees, coordinating with Treasury and liquidity providers.
• Monitor competitor offerings and adjust pricing and campaigns to protect market share.
• Plan and execute roadshows and on‑ground activities with Marketing to boost brand visibility.
• Identify, evaluate and onboard new partners and products, leading commercial negotiations and drafting agreements.
• Secure internal and external approvals for new partnerships and product launches.
• Monitor and optimise the onboarding‑to‑transaction funnel, ensuring smooth customer experience.
• Conduct UAT and testing for new features, providing feedback to Product and Tech teams.
• Manage incident escalation and maintain 24/7 operational readiness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 3–6 years of experience in digital operations, fintech or payments, with a total of 10+ years of professional experience.
• Strong commercial acumen and proven track record in partner acquisition and contract negotiation.
• Excellent analytical abilities and experience with data‑driven decision making.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management across regulatory, vendor and internal teams.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, 24/7 environment with on‑call responsibilities.
