Drilling Material Coordinator (Onshore)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Drilling Material Coordinator to ensure seamless availability of drilling and completion materials for onshore operations. The role involves managing shore‑base logistics, coordinating with offshore teams and vendors, and overseeing cargo handling and transportation.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate drilling and completion material availability to support uninterrupted operations.
• Manage shore‑base operations, including materials, cargo handling, logistics movements, and vessel activities.
• Oversee material receiving, dispatch, load‑out, and back‑load activities with proper documentation.
• Maintain inventory records, track material usage, and support import/export compliance.
• Coordinate with offshore teams, vendors, Well Engineering, Logistics, and PMT.
• Monitor vendor and supply‑base performance for efficient logistics support.
• Manage OSV, aircraft, and marine logistics scheduling, mobilisation, and demobilisation.
• Ensure safe handling, transportation, and certification of materials, equipment, and Dangerous Goods.
• Support customs clearance, freight forwarding, shipping documentation, and equipment tracking.
• Oversee cargo handling, lifting activities, and stock movements to ensure safety and efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years' experience in Oil & Gas, with at least 5 years in Drilling Material Coordination or Logistics Supervision.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience in onshore logistics operations, including loading, lifting, and HSE practices.
• Basic MS Office skills.
