Enterprise Wide Risk Assessment (EWRA) Specialist

About the role

The Enterprise Wide Risk Assessment (EWRA) Specialist will support the global Compliance Risk Management Program, helping the organization identify, assess, and monitor compliance risks across financial crime domains. The role leverages AI and generative AI tools to accelerate research, analysis, and reporting while maintaining methodological rigor and auditability.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing the global Compliance Risk Management Program.
• Conduct annual Anti‑Financial Crime (AFC) EWRA using AI/GenAI tools for horizon scanning, typology research, regulatory change analysis, and draft narrative production.
• Lead risk assessments for additional financial crime segments such as anti‑bribery, sanctions, transaction monitoring, and market abuse.
• Collaborate with Business Unit Compliance teams on product risk assessments and control inventories.
• Embed AI‑enabled techniques (data triangulation, control mapping, typology synthesis) with a human‑in‑the‑loop review model.
• Produce management information, metrics, and KRIs for senior management, highlighting heightened risk areas and recommendation status.
• Support policy, procedure, and process development for ongoing compliance risk assurance.

Required profile

• Degree in business management, finance, or economics.
• 5+ years of compliance experience in a regulated financial services environment; crypto industry experience is a plus.
• 2+ years of direct experience in Compliance Risk and EWRA implementation.
• Advanced professional risk certification preferred (e.g., CAMS‑RM).

Required skills

• Practical AI and Generative AI literacy, including prompt engineering.
• Experience with AI/GenAI tooling for data analysis and narrative generation.
• Data triangulation and typology synthesis techniques.
