Ex-MBB Strategy Consultant – AI Training (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for seasoned strategy consultants from top‑tier firms to help shape AI systems that learn high‑level business reasoning. This remote, project‑based position focuses on designing realistic consulting scenarios that train large language models to solve complex business problems.

Key responsibilities

• Build detailed consulting project environments, including industry context, financial data, constraints, and ambiguous inputs.
• Design structured consulting tasks for AI agents such as market sizing, commercial due diligence, cost optimization, growth strategy, and operational diagnosis.
• Define evaluation criteria, grading frameworks, and golden‑answer solutions to calibrate LLM‑based assessment systems.
• Collaborate with the AI data team to ensure scenarios are aligned with real‑world consulting dynamics.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on consulting experience at McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Monitor Deloitte, EY‑Parthenon, Kearney, or Strategy&.
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous client problems into analytical plans.
• Experience building financial models, market analyses, and synthesizing findings from messy data.
• Track record of delivering client‑ready recommendations under tight deadlines.
