About the role

The Oman Program for Private Sector & Foreign Trade Development is seeking an Executive Director to lead strategic programmes that support Oman Vision 2040. This senior role will operate at the country level, driving transformation, investment, and trade initiatives across multiple sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute strategic programmes aligned with national development goals.
• Lead cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑impact projects in transformation, investment, and trade.
• Engage with government, private sector partners, and international stakeholders to foster collaboration.
• Monitor programme performance, ensure compliance, and report outcomes to senior leadership.
• Represent the organisation in national and international forums related to economic development.

Required profile

• Omani nationality.
• Extensive senior‑level experience in transformation, investment, or trade.
• Proven track record of leading large‑scale strategic programmes.
• Strong understanding of Oman Vision 2040 objectives.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
