Expert Lean Coach – Continuous Improvement

About the role

The Expert Lean Coach will lead the deployment of continuous improvement (CI) strategies across the organization, working under the Head of Continuous Improvement and the Principal Lean Coach. This role serves as the subject‑matter expert to identify improvement opportunities, train and coach teams, and ensure alignment with the business plan.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and refine the CI deployment strategy and transformation roadmap in collaboration with the Principal CI Coach.
• Facilitate the establishment and progression of CI maturity levels across functions.
• Drive change‑management initiatives, stakeholder engagement, and governance of CI deployment.
• Maintain and evolve CI frameworks such as Yellow Belt, Green Belt, Black Belt, Kaizen, and maturity diagnostics.
• Identify training needs, develop materials, and co‑facilitate CI methodology training for practitioners, sponsors, and project teams.
• Coach and mentor leaders and individuals on CI ways of working and leadership behaviours.

Required profile

• Proven experience in continuous improvement, Lean, and Six Sigma environments.
• Strong capability to lead transformation projects and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills for training and coaching.
• Ability to work autonomously while aligning with corporate mission, vision, and values.
