Facility Manager – Operations/EMS Department

About the role

We are hiring an experienced Facility Manager for the Operations / EMS Department to oversee facility and maintenance operations at the client’s headquarters and farm in Muscat, Oman. The role includes managing electrical, mechanical, HVAC, civil, plumbing and wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) activities.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day facility and maintenance operations at both the headquarters and farm sites.
• Manage and coordinate electrical, mechanical, HVAC, civil, plumbing and WWTP maintenance activities, ensuring compliance and efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 10–12 years of experience in facility or maintenance management.
• Strong experience with HVAC, WWTP, electrical and mechanical systems.
• Experience in industrial or farm environments.
• Proven leadership and contractor‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Available to work in Oman.
• Open to all nationalities except Egyptian and Indian.
