FinTech Program Executive

About the role

The Central Bank of Oman is looking for a FinTech Program Executive to lead the National FinTech Innovation Hub. The role will drive the growth of Oman’s FinTech ecosystem by overseeing end‑to‑end operations, from ideation and incubation to piloting and scaling of fintech solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day hub operations, facility usage, scheduling and both on‑site and virtual participant experiences.
• Lead onboarding of fintech startups, corporate partners and mentors, serving as the primary point of contact.
• Coordinate innovation challenges, hackathons, mentorship matchmaking, masterclasses and ecosystem roundtables.
• Maintain a high‑quality pipeline of startups, innovators, investors and partners, creating structured development pathways.
• Guide fintech founders through the Idea‑to‑MVP journey, providing business model, pricing, financial projection and pitch support.
• Implement stage‑gate assessments and measurable outputs to track startup progress.
• Develop and optimise collaborations with banks, payment providers, universities, regulators and international hubs.
• Conduct research on global fintech trends and translate insights into operational improvements.

Required profile

• Competent, committed, self‑motivated and enthusiastic professional.
• Strong understanding of fintech ecosystems, emerging technologies and regulatory environments.
• Excellent stakeholder coordination and communication abilities.
• Experience in managing incubation or acceleration programmes is preferred.
