Helix Process & ITSM Analyst / Workflow Engineer (Remote)

About the role

Müller's Solutions is looking for a Helix Process & ITSM Analyst / Workflow Engineer to join its remote team. You will analyze, design and implement workflows within the BMC Helix ITSM platform, helping clients improve service delivery and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze existing processes and workflows in Helix ITSM to identify improvement opportunities.
• Design, develop and deploy efficient workflows that streamline IT service management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Provide training and create documentation to enable users to leverage workflow tools effectively.
• Monitor workflow performance, conduct evaluations and implement refinements.
• Stay current with industry trends, technologies and best practices related to ITSM.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in IT service management, preferably with BMC Helix or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of workflow design, process mapping and optimization.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• ITIL certification or other ITSM methodology certifications are a plus.
