Helix Technical Support Analyst (Remote)

About the role

Müller's Solutions is looking for a Helix Technical Support Analyst to join our fully remote team. You will provide first‑level technical assistance for Helix Core environments, helping clients troubleshoot version‑control, deployment and integration issues while ensuring smooth adoption of best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver first‑line technical support for Helix users, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose Helix Core configuration, integration, and performance problems.
• Assist with client onboarding and training on Helix functionalities and best practices.
• Document technical issues and solutions to build a comprehensive knowledge base.
• Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to understand client needs and implement effective solutions.
• Stay up‑to‑date with Helix product updates and communicate changes to customers.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement initiatives for support processes and tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
• 2‑4 years of technical support experience, preferably with version‑control systems.
• Strong knowledge of Helix Core and general version‑control concepts.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and clear communication with non‑technical users.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
