About the role

Join the luxury hospitality team at The Residences at The St. Regis Al Mouj Muscat as a Hotel Cleanliness Expert. You will help create memorable guest experiences by maintaining impeccable cleanliness across rooms and public areas.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms, corridors, and public spaces according to brand standards.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and restock housekeeping carts.
• Ensure safety and compliance with all hotel policies and procedures.
• Handle, lift, and move objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional appearance at all times.

Required profile

• Ability to stand, walk, and be on your feet for extended periods.
• Physical capability to lift, carry, push, pull, and place items up to 50 lb.
• Commitment to delivering high‑quality service and upholding brand standards.
