Hotel Manager

About the role

Mandarin Oriental Muscat is seeking a Hotel Manager to join its Executive Team. The role partners closely with the General Manager to drive operational excellence, financial performance, and exceptional guest experiences across all hotel divisions.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the General Manager’s principal operational partner, overseeing day‑to‑day hotel operations.
• Assume full responsibility for the hotel in the General Manager’s absence.
• Develop and implement operational, commercial, and promotional initiatives that maximise guest satisfaction and business results.
• Provide strategic oversight for all divisions, ensuring alignment with luxury brand standards.
• Leverage Food & Beverage expertise to enhance dining concepts, service quality, and revenue generation.
• Maintain effective relationships with ownership, corporate leadership, and key external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior hotel management, preferably within a luxury property.
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on colleague engagement and service excellence.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve financial targets and operational KPIs.
• Integrity, respect, and a growth‑mindset orientation.
