HSE Officer – Roads & Infrastructure Projects

About the role

AAW Consulting Engineers & Partners is seeking an HSE Officer to support upcoming roads and infrastructure projects in Oman. The role ensures health, safety and environmental compliance across all project activities.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and enforce health, safety and environmental standards on construction sites.
• Conduct regular inspections and prepare detailed reports.
• Coordinate with project teams to implement corrective actions.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of relevant HSE experience, preferably in construction.
• Knowledge of construction health and safety procedures.
• Understanding of workplace safety requirements.
• Strong inspection and reporting abilities.
• Effective communication and coordination skills.
