Interior Designer – Sales

About the role

CASALUX is seeking an Interior Designer – Sales to be the front‑face of its luxury tile and porcelain showroom. The role blends creative interior design expertise with full sales ownership, guiding clients from initial consultation through to a closed sale and delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome clients, conduct discovery conversations, and present curated Italian and Spanish collections by design story rather than price.
• Translate client needs into complete tile concepts, creating mood boards, 2D layouts and 3D visualisations using SketchUp, 3ds Max or AutoCAD.
• Prepare accurate quotations, manage the full sales cycle, and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors and internal logistics to ensure correct measurement, quantity take‑off, and flawless installation.
• Maintain CRM records, report on leads, conversions and lost‑sale reasons, and support showroom events.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of interior design experience, including 1–2 years in a client‑facing sales or showroom role.
• Proven track record of converting design consultations into sales and meeting targets.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Valid Omani driving licence preferred for site visits.
