Investment Analyst / Senior Analyst – Muscat

About the role

Rakiza is seeking an Investment Analyst / Senior Analyst to join its Muscat office. The role supports the full investment lifecycle for infrastructure projects across Oman and the region, working closely with the investment team and other functions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct due diligence, financial and commercial analysis for potential investments.
• Develop and maintain detailed financial models, perform cash‑flow, scenario and sensitivity analyses.
• Prepare investment memoranda, committee papers and investor reports.
• Review legal and technical documentation and coordinate with external advisors.
• Support transaction execution and ongoing portfolio management initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong investment and portfolio‑management experience, preferably in infrastructure or real‑asset sectors.
• Robust analytical and finance knowledge with the ability to interpret complex data and assess risk‑return.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related field; advanced degree or CFA is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for professional reporting and presentations.
• High attention to detail, strong organizational abilities and capacity to manage multiple deadlines.
• Collaborative, proactive problem‑solver with prior experience in investment funds, advisory or banking.
