IPA Solution Architect

About the role

The IPA Solution Architect is responsible for designing and delivering scalable RPA solutions that improve business efficiency. Working closely with stakeholders, the role involves analysing processes, architecting automation frameworks, and integrating UiPath technologies across enterprise systems.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement end‑to‑end RPA solutions using UiPath.
• Collaborate with business analysts to understand automation needs.
• Integrate RPA workflows with existing enterprise systems and APIs.
• Define best practices, standards, and documentation for RPA development.
• Provide technical guidance to developers and ensure solution quality.
• Monitor performance, resolve issues, and optimise automation processes.
• Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in RPA architecture and development.
• Strong knowledge of UiPath.NET/C# and automation frameworks.
• Familiarity with AI/ML integration and process optimisation techniques.
• UiPath Advanced Developer or Solution Architect certification preferred.
