IT Support Intern (6-Month Internship)

About the role

We are offering a 6‑month, full‑time IT Support Internship for Omani graduates. The position is based in Muscat and includes a monthly allowance of 500 OMR. This role provides hands‑on experience in a professional corporate environment within the investment sector.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑level support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Assist in installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems and applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT problems, escalating when necessary.
• Manage user accounts, access rights, and permissions.
• Support IT inventory tracking and keep documentation up to date.
• Help the IT team with daily operational tasks and ongoing projects.
• Participate in system testing, updates, and basic maintenance activities.

• Basic IT troubleshooting skills.
• Exposure to helpdesk/ticketing systems (advantage).
