Junior Medical Representative – Oman Country Sales

About the role

Support medical representation for SPIMACO’s products in Oman, developing sales techniques and industry knowledge. The Junior Medical Representative will engage with healthcare professionals, assist sales initiatives, and help build market presence and brand awareness.

Key responsibilities

• Support medical representation efforts for SPIMACO’s products and learn sales techniques under supervision.
• Engage with healthcare professionals, gather market insights and contribute to team discussions.
• Participate in training programs to enhance sales skills.
• Achieve sales targets and meet KPIs defined by Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) guidelines.
• Monitor and update territorial sales forecasts monthly and adjust strategies.
• Identify new customers, implement territory planning and target segmentation.
• Execute product strategies provided by the marketing team and submit timely activity reports.
• Follow up on customer feedback, competitor activities and market trends.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support brand initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) to secure their support.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 0‑3 years of experience in medical or pharmaceutical sales.
• Proficient in English (required) and Arabic (preferred).
