Kenfix Technician

About the role

The Kenfix Technician joins Accor’s hospitality team to ensure that all property facilities and equipment operate safely and efficiently for guests. This hands‑on role involves routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and rapid response to any issues that arise within the hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain a wide range of hotel facilities and equipment.
• Conduct regular preventive maintenance checks on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Inspect all areas of the property for safety hazards and take immediate corrective action.
• Perform touch‑up and minor repair work across assigned zones.
• Follow the Standard Operating Procedures Manual and departmental standards.
• Assist guests with information about property facilities in a courteous and helpful manner.

Required profile

• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast‑paced hospitality setting.
• Strong teamwork orientation and collaborative mindset.
• Relevant diplomas or certifications as required for the role.

Required skills

• General knowledge of building systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC).
• Basic troubleshooting and repair techniques.
• Familiarity with safety inspection procedures.
