Lighting Sales Engineer – Project Division

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Lighting Sales Engineer to join our Projects Division. The role focuses on identifying and securing lighting project opportunities, preparing technical and commercial proposals, and ensuring successful project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, pursue and close lighting project opportunities with consultants, contractors and end‑clients.
• Prepare, submit and follow up on technical and commercial proposals.
• Handle MAS approvals, documentation and coordination to meet project compliance.
• Conduct product presentations, provide technical support and propose suitable lighting solutions.
• Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal teams to guarantee smooth project execution and timely deliveries.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and actively track the project pipeline.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years of experience in lighting sales within project environments.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proven track record in proposal preparation and MAS approval follow‑ups.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of lighting products and solutions.
