Key responsibilities
- Operating machines and processes to produce the required quality product.
- Continuously monitor production operations to ensure standards are met.
- Make necessary adjustments to equipment or processes to maintain quality, communicating with supervisory team members.
- Ensure raw material availability according to the production plan.
- Complete all production documentation activities accurately.
- Manage and maintain equipment while adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Attend daily equipment breakdowns and troubleshoot alongside senior technicians.
- Conduct preventive maintenance as scheduled and update documentation as required.
- Identify spare parts needs and report to senior team members.
- Perform root cause analysis for failures and report findings.
- Maintain personal and workplace hygiene in line with food industry safety standards.
- Ensure machine cleaning and lubrication activities are performed without fail.
