Manager – Fixed Assets & Asset Control

About the role

The House of AMOUAGE is seeking a Manager to lead the end‑to‑end control, accounting and physical tracking of its fixed and intangible assets across all entities and locations worldwide. You will ensure accurate asset records, robust control processes and compliance with IFRS standards while supporting financial integrity and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain complete and accurate fixed‑asset records in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) system, including master‑data updates and monthly depreciation runs.
• Oversee physical tracking, tagging and periodic verification of assets at offices, warehouses, retail sites and customer/supplier premises worldwide, including travel for on‑site checks.
• Process asset additions, transfers, disposals and write‑offs, ensuring proper documentation, approvals and correct posting to the general ledger.
• Maintain the intangible‑asset register, reconcile with the IT team and apply appropriate amortisation.
• Prepare management reports on asset movements, condition and reconciliation status to support budgeting, capex planning and audit requirements.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of fixed‑asset accounting under IFRS (IAS 16, IAS 38, IAS 36).
• Hands‑on experience with ERP systems, specifically Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in fixed‑asset accounting, asset control or a similar role, preferably in a multi‑entity, FMCG, retail or luxury‑goods environment.
• Excellent attention to detail, coordination skills and willingness to travel internationally for asset verification.
• Effective reporting and communication abilities to present asset data to senior management.

Required skills

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (ERP) for asset accounting.
• IFRS standards (IAS 16, IAS 38, IAS 36) related to fixed and intangible assets.
