Marketing Manager – Luxury Resort

About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to join the team at Jumeirah Muscat Bay, a luxury resort in Oman. The role will support the Director of Sales and Marketing in delivering integrated marketing campaigns that showcase the resort’s unique beachfront and mountain setting.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day support to the Director of Sales and Marketing on all marketing activities and projects.
• Develop, execute and adapt marketing plans, coordinating integrated campaigns with internal stakeholders.
• Manage relationships with external suppliers and agencies, obtaining quotations and approvals.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date CRM system documenting campaigns, projects and related records.
• Collaborate with Public Relations and Communications teams to produce operational marketing collateral.
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance, ROI and productivity using CRM and Jumeirah Business Intelligence tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Media or a related field.
• 6–8 years of marketing experience, preferably within luxury hospitality.
• Master’s degree or MBA in Marketing, Communications or Business Management is desirable.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Experience using Business Intelligence tools for performance analysis.
