Materials Supervisor – Oil & Gas (Muscat)

About the role

The Materials Supervisor will oversee all material activities on site, ensuring efficient receiving, storage, dispatch, and inventory control for oil & gas projects. This position requires strong materials management expertise and strict adherence to PDO and site procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise material receiving, verification, and proper storage.
• Manage dispatch and delivery of materials to project sites.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits.
• Coordinate material flow between procurement, warehouse, site, and project teams.
• Ensure compliance with PDO project standards and site safety procedures.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Logistics).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in materials management, warehouse, or logistics.
• Mandatory experience on PDO projects.
• Strong knowledge of material handling and inventory control.
• Preferred experience in oil & gas environments.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
