Multi Unit Manager (Fine Dining and Cafe)

About the role

The Multi Unit Manager will be based in Muscat and will oversee daily operations across several fine‑dining restaurants and café outlets. This full‑time, on‑site position ensures brand standards, product quality, and service excellence are consistently delivered.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise multiple restaurant and coffee outlets, ensuring consistent execution of brand standards.
• Lead, coach, and develop outlet managers and their teams, setting performance goals and monitoring KPIs.
• Implement action plans to boost sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction.
• Manage staffing levels, scheduling, and training programs.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
• Review financial reports, control costs, and manage inventory.
• Coordinate with support functions such as supply chain and marketing.
• Support rollout of new initiatives, promotions, and operational procedures.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing multiple units or outlets in food & beverage, quick service, or hospitality.
• Strong people‑leadership skills, including coaching, performance management, and conflict resolution.
• Solid understanding of restaurant operations, inventory control, cost management, and customer service standards.
• Analytical and problem‑solving abilities with experience interpreting financial and operational reports.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross‑department collaboration.
• Experience ensuring compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, multi‑site environment.
• Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
