NDT Level III – Non-Destructive Testing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced NDT Level III professional to develop, qualify, and approve non‑destructive testing procedures across a range of projects. You will ensure compliance with industry codes and standards while leading technical teams on‑site.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, qualify, and approve NDT procedures in line with ASME, AWS, ASTM and other applicable standards.
• Demonstrate procedures by validating PAUT and TOFD blocks according to customer requirements.
• Review inspection reports and certificates for accuracy and compliance.
• Train and supervise Level I and Level II technicians, ensuring thorough understanding of procedures and techniques.
• Maintain and audit quality manuals and NDT documentation.
• Resolve day‑to‑day site issues in coordination with the client.
• Conduct detailed reviews and approvals of inspection data.
• Develop advanced NDT service procedures and provide corrective actions for non‑conformances or complaints.
• Perform technical audits, witness monitoring, data interpretation and reporting.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an NDT Level III specialist.
• Strong knowledge of ASME, AWS, ASTM codes and standards.
• Ability to train and lead junior technicians.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
