Outlet Manager (Female)

About the role

The Outlet Manager will oversee the daily operations of restaurants, bars and, where applicable, room service at our Muscat location. The role involves supervising staff, assisting with menu planning, maintaining sanitation standards, and supporting servers and hosts during peak periods.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all day‑to‑day restaurant, bar/lounge and room‑service activities.
• Maintain service quality, sanitation standards, and compliance with food‑handling and liquor laws.
• Review staffing levels to meet guest service, operational and financial objectives.
• Lead, coach and mentor the food‑and‑beverage team, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Ensure adherence to all relevant policies, standards, and local regulations.
• Identify training needs, develop and implement training plans.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with at least 4 years of food‑and‑beverage experience, OR a 2‑year degree in Food Service Management, Hotel & Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field with at least 2 years of experience.
