Padel Coach

About the role

World Padel Academy (WPA) is expanding its footprint across the region, including a new centre in Oman. We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced Padel Coaches to deliver high‑quality coaching to players of all ages and skill levels.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver individual, group, junior and corporate padel coaching sessions in line with WPA standards.
• Assess player abilities and design sessions tailored to their level, objectives and development needs.
• Support the growth of WPA programmes such as academies, camps, leagues, tournaments and community events.
• Maintain strong client relationships, promote repeat bookings and long‑term player development.
• Ensure all sessions are safe, professional and punctual.
• Identify talented players and assist their progression through WPA’s player pathway.
• Coordinate court bookings, scheduling and operational requirements with venue teams.
• Represent WPA professionally and uphold brand values.
• Assist with promotional activities, events and social‑media content when needed.
• Maintain coaching equipment and prepare courts for training.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience delivering padel coaching for beginners to advanced and junior groups.
• Fluency in English.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, public holidays and across multiple WPA venues.
• Clear, motivating communication style with players of diverse ages and backgrounds.

Required skills

• Proficiency with booking and scheduling platforms such as Playtomic.
• Proficiency with booking and scheduling platforms such as PadelMates.
