Private Concierge

About the role

Muscat Elite is seeking a professional and highly organised Private Concierge to be the first point of contact for its exclusive members. You will deliver bespoke experiences, manage reservations, coordinate travel and events, and ensure every interaction is seamless and memorable.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome members and guests with warmth, professionalism and discretion.
• Handle member enquiries in person, by phone and through digital channels.
• Arrange restaurant bookings, travel itineraries, event participation and customised lifestyle requests.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with premium service providers and external partners.
• Maintain accurate records using reservation and CRM systems.
• Collaborate with the wider hospitality team to provide a seamless member experience.
• Anticipate member needs and proactively offer personalised recommendations.
• Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and customer service.

Required profile

• Previous experience in concierge, front‑of‑house, guest relations or high‑end customer service.
• Background in luxury hospitality, private members’ clubs, premium hotels or high‑end lifestyle services is highly desirable.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously.
• Professional, polished and proactive approach to service delivery.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Required skills

• Experience with reservation systems.
• Proficiency in CRM platforms.
• Microsoft Office suite.
