Project Execution Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Execution Supervisor to lead the delivery of projects at our Karim Small Field (KSF) facility in Nimr, Oman. The role combines technical oversight, HSE leadership, and contractor management to ensure safe, on‑time, and on‑budget execution.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and supervise all project activities across KSF operations.
• Develop project timelines, manage budgets, and produce regular progress reports.
• Provide technical input for modifications, studies, and minor projects.
• Enforce HSE policies and Process Safety Management for staff and contractors.
• Oversee Permit‑to‑Work (PTW), risk assessments (HAZOP, HEMP, SIMOPS) and high‑risk activities such as lifting, pressure testing, and radiography.
• Manage contractor mobilization, execution, and demobilization.
• Lead training, competency development, and incident investigations.

Required profile

• B.Sc. in Engineering or equivalent.
• 8+ years of plant operations experience in a supervisory capacity.
• Strong knowledge of HSE frameworks, risk management, and maintenance policies.
• Proven ability to lead multi‑disciplinary teams and contractors in high‑risk environments.
