About the role
The company is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to support cost estimation, measurement and tender documentation for construction projects in Muscat.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and review cost estimates and budgets.
- Measure quantities and prepare accurate take‑offs for project plans.
- Develop and manage tender documentation and contracts.
- Monitor and control project costs throughout the construction phase.
- Assist in cost‑control reporting and variance analysis.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or related field.
- At least 1 year of relevant quantity surveying experience.
- Strong analytical and numerical abilities.
- Valid identification documents.
