Regional Sales Manager

About the role

Our client is seeking a Regional Sales Manager based in Muscat to lead sales performance and drive growth across key markets in the GCC. You will be responsible for shaping and executing sales strategies, managing regional performance, and strengthening relationships with customers and distributors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with commercial targets.
• Oversee sales execution, market expansion, and brand management across multiple FMCG product lines.
• Manage distributor networks and ensure effective market execution.
• Monitor and improve sales effectiveness across various channels.
• Lead a team, negotiate with stakeholders, and drive consistent achievement of revenue goals.

Required profile

• 10+ years of sales experience within FMCG, covering food or non‑food categories.
• Mandatory GCC sales experience.
• Proven track record in managing multiple brands and diverse product portfolios.
• Strong background in regional sales management, distributor management, and market execution.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver sales growth and meet commercial targets.
• Leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
