Residential Leasing Agent

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Residential Leasing Agent to join our professional team in Muscat, Oman. You will manage property leasing transactions, coordinate with clients, market properties, and keep our CRM system up‑to‑date.

Key responsibilities

• Lease residential properties across Muscat, meeting and exceeding target numbers.
• Conduct viewings, negotiate terms, complete paperwork and hand over properties.
• Maintain and update CRM with enquiries, listings, viewings and client interactions.
• Generate exclusive instructions and acquire new properties through owner outreach.
• Collect fees, chase overdue payments and handle debtors.
• Provide customer service to walk‑in visitors and telephone enquiries.
• Update website, deals list, invoices and internal data lists regularly.
• Attend real‑estate exhibitions, network and stay informed on market trends and legislation.
• Support promotion of other service lines and cross‑sell where appropriate.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of local real‑estate practice and RICS business standards.
• Target‑driven attitude with a proven ability to achieve commission‑based goals.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with clients and landlords.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Organised, punctual and able to manage multiple priorities.
