Sales Operations Manager

About the role

The Automotive Sales Operations Manager will lead and optimise sales processes across dealership networks in Oman. This role combines sales performance management, market analysis, and marketing execution to drive revenue, profitability and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day sales operations across multiple dealership branches.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue and market‑share targets.
• Monitor KPIs, profitability and prepare forecasts, budgets and management reports.
• Oversee CRM systems, lead management and ensure data accuracy.
• Coordinate with procurement and inventory teams to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activity and customer preferences in the Omani automotive market.
• Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards, company policies and Omani regulations.
• Lead operational improvements to enhance efficiency and the customer experience.
• Manage sales incentive programmes, commission structures and support finance teams on vehicle financing documentation.
• Develop and execute annual and quarterly marketing plans, including digital campaigns, product launches and dealership events.
• Manage digital marketing channels such as social media, website, Google Ads and email marketing.
• Coordinate with OEM marketing teams, advertising agencies and media partners.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing sales operations within the automotive sector.
• Strong knowledge of the Omani automotive market and regulatory environment.
• Ability to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies.
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
