SAP TM Consultant

About the role

The SAP TM Consultant will lead a strategic transformation for an Oil & Gas client, delivering end‑to‑end SAP Transportation Management solutions. You will work closely with logistics, supply chain and finance teams to ensure seamless integration of transportation processes within SAP S/4HANA.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle SAP TM implementation projects, from requirements gathering to hypercare.
• Conduct workshops, fit‑gap analyses and design sessions with business stakeholders.
• Configure transportation networks, freight agreements, charge management, planning profiles and settlement processes.
• Integrate SAP TM with SAP MM, SD, EWM, PP and Finance modules.
• Manage SIT, UAT, defect resolution, cut‑over planning and go‑live activities.
• Provide user training, documentation and knowledge transfer.
• Support post‑go‑live optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 + years of SAP consulting experience, with at least 5 years focused on SAP TM.
• Proven track record of delivering multiple end‑to‑end SAP TM projects.
• Hands‑on experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to engage senior business leaders.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
