Scaffolding – Non Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for an experienced scaffolding professional to supervise, coordinate and control all scaffolding activities within our offshore fabrication yard in Sohar, Oman. The role ensures safe erection, modification, inspection, maintenance and dismantling of scaffolds in line with project specifications and HSE standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise scaffold erection, alteration and dismantling across fabrication, assembly, outfitting, blasting, painting and load‑out areas.
• Ensure works follow approved drawings, method statements and project requirements.
• Allocate manpower, tools and equipment to meet daily production targets.
• Coordinate with Construction, QA/QC, Planning and HSE teams for uninterrupted execution.
• Monitor scaffold material utilization and prevent loss or damage.

Required profile

• 8–20 years of experience in scaffolding operations within offshore or heavy‑industry environments.
• Trade Certificate (ITI) or equivalent qualification.
• Strong knowledge of statutory regulations, international scaffolding standards and company HSE procedures.
