Sea Logistics Sales Representative

About the role

As a Sea Logistics Sales Representative you will join Kuehne+Nagel’s Freight Forwarding team in Oman, focusing on generating new business with small- and medium-sized enterprises. You will act as the primary commercial contact, combining market knowledge with customer-care collaboration to deliver tailored sea-freight solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with SME customers across designated trade lanes.
• Prepare and submit quotations using Kuehne+Nagel’s online tools.
• Collaborate with Customer Care Managers to align pricing decisions with trade-management guidelines.
• Deliver presentations on core Sea Logistics products and services.
• Monitor competitor pricing and product offerings to inform market strategy.
• Report customer complaints to the Customer Care Team and ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
• Maintain accurate customer data in CoreLOG and perform related CRM activities.
• Regularly review customer portfolios with CCL managers and close sales deals.

Required profile

• Minimum bachelor’s degree.
• At least 3 years of proven field-sales experience in forwarding or logistics.
• Reliable, trustworthy and serious demeanour.
• Strong negotiating and closing abilities, with a proactive, organized work style.
• Fluent spoken and written English and native Turkish.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using CoreLOG or similar logistics CRM systems.
• Ability to create quotations with online pricing tools.
