Security Agent

About the role

Oman Air is seeking a Security Agent to join its airport operations team at Muscat International Airport. The role involves ensuring that all security procedures are correctly applied across terminals, gates and aircraft, supporting the airline’s commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Perform spot checks on aircraft security screening for arriving and departing flights.
• Coordinate with the Aircraft Loading Supervisor to verify baggage counts against system records and aircraft loads.
• Inspect engineering areas and all terminal zones to confirm adherence to security protocols.
• Prepare and submit a Daily Shift Report summarising security observations and corrective actions.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate with a two‑year college diploma in a related field or a secondary school certificate.
• Preferably some experience in aviation security or a related security environment.
• Basic working knowledge of English.

Required skills

• Basic English proficiency.
