Senior IPA Engineer

About the role

The Senior IPA Engineer will lead the design, development, testing and deployment of UiPath automation solutions across multiple systems. Working closely with business stakeholders, analysts and technical teams, you will ensure high‑quality, maintainable automations while mentoring junior engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and deploy UiPath workflows using Studio, core activities and custom components.
• Provide routine support and maintenance for automated processes.
• Document processes, technical specifications and conduct code reviews following UiPath best practices such as ReFramework.
• Implement error handling, logging and reusable components.
• Develop custom activities and integrate advanced tools like ChatGPT and Azure AI.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate UiPath solutions with enterprise systems.
• Architect complex AI/ML, Document Understanding and cognitive automation workflows.
• Optimize Orchestrator licensing and resource allocation.
• Lead client workshops to identify automation opportunities and build business cases.
• Ensure security compliance and provide mentorship to junior team members.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• 7+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years of hands‑on RPA/IPA experience with UiPath.
• UiPath Certified Professional Automation Developer – Professional and Specialized AI Professional certifications.
