Senior Sales Executive – Software Products & Services

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Senior Sales Executive to lead both local and international sales of our software products and IT services. You will work closely with clients across Oman and abroad, building strong relationships and expanding our market presence in the oil and gas sector.

Key responsibilities

• Drive local and international sales of software products and IT services.
• Identify new business opportunities, generate qualified leads and manage the full sales cycle.
• Conduct client meetings, product presentations and negotiate contracts.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients in different time zones.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to deliver tailored solutions.
• Monitor market trends and support global expansion initiatives.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of experience in software/IT or B2B sales.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT or a related field.
• Proven track record handling both international and local clients.
• Strong communication, negotiation and English language skills.
• Target‑oriented, self‑motivated and able to work across different time zones.
• Willingness to work on the Oman calendar (Sunday‑Thursday, 09:30‑18:30).
