About the role
RQMNA is looking for a Senior Sales Manager to lead its GovTech sales team in Muscat. You will own the revenue target for a sovereign platform business, coach Account Executives, and build a disciplined pipeline that turns national platforms into growing commercial opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Own the sales target for the team and develop plans and pipelines to achieve it consistently.
- Lead, coach, and grow a team of Account Executives, improving win rates.
- Run a disciplined sales operating rhythm, including pipeline and deal reviews and accurate forecasting.
- Coach on complex, multi‑stakeholder government deals and participate in the largest opportunities.
- Set territory, account, and quota plans and hold the team accountable.
- Collaborate with marketing, pre‑sales, solutions engineering, bid management, and delivery to qualify and win deals.
- Hire, onboard, and develop sales talent, fostering a high‑performance, high‑integrity culture.
Required profile
- Proven experience leading software or technology sales teams and consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Demonstrated ability to sell complex, multi‑stakeholder government and enterprise solutions.
- Hands‑on sales capability – you can still coach and close deals yourself.
- Strong discipline in forecasting, pipeline management, and rigorous qualification.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, technology, or a related field.
- Fluent English; Arabic is a valuable advantage.
