Site Support Engineer – SCADA/EMS (Oman)

About the role

RiDiK is seeking a Site Support Engineer to join its team in Muscat, Oman. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality support for e‑terra SCADA/EMS solutions at the Yibal site and across the region, ensuring reliable operation of critical real‑time control centres.

Key responsibilities

• Implement, deploy, administer and troubleshoot e‑terra SCADA, HABITAT and EMS systems.
• Install, configure and maintain servers and related hardware for control‑centre environments.
• Provide on‑site maintenance and support for the Yibal site, including system upgrades and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to ensure high customer satisfaction and on‑time delivery.
• Document system configurations, procedures and incident reports.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience with SCADA/EMS control‑centre solutions.
• Strong knowledge of electrical network management and real‑time operational environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Self‑directed, able to manage multiple tasks and meet strict project deadlines.
• Willingness to travel regularly to the Yibal site.
