SSIS & SQL Solution Architect

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned SSIS & SQL Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of high‑performance data integration and ETL solutions. The role is based in Oman and requires 7‑10 years of hands‑on experience in SQL Server and SSIS technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Design scalable, secure, and high‑throughput data integration architectures using SSIS and SQL Server.
• Develop and maintain ETL pipelines, ensuring data quality and performance.
• Perform SQL performance tuning, optimization, and troubleshooting across complex environments.
• Lead data modeling efforts and translate business requirements into technical designs.
• Establish SSIS frameworks, manage migrations, and provide technical guidance to development teams.
• Drive solution architecture decisions and mentor junior engineers.

Required profile

• 7–10 years of experience in SSIS, SQL Server, and data integration projects.
• Proven ability to design and optimize large‑scale ETL solutions.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on performance and security.
• Leadership experience in guiding technical teams.
